can you get into an ivy league school by doing studies?

lets say i made nutrion studies and got them like approved and published but my grades are average, overall just good in that curtain topic of nutrion can you make it? knowing that you will solely be doing that type of studies, i think they would accept such students since they care more about how people view them than student grades, for example havong a low gpa but having other things to back it up

sorry bro but if you want to get in nothing should be low/average, you shouldn't be compensating for anything because everything should already be well above average

those schools are crazy competitive

you need a good gpa along with good extracurriculars and test scores

either way I find them a waste money though, 100k a year JFL
