Definitely not with a BSSO, or at least not only. Some lower jaw osteotomy plus a massive wraparound might do the trick but I don’t think it’s a realistic goal because even if you do achieve it you’ll mess up with your maseters.

The only way to achieve that is with genetics.

A big part of why his jaw looks so good is the overall forward growth and shape of his skull (maxilla, zygos, brow, etc). Surgeries won't give you that.
