Question. Pagnoni offers infra/supra/cheekbones PEEK at the same time as bimax.

is it possible to get implant on top of the BSSO cut the same day?

is it better to wait for bimax 1st then jaw implants later in a second operation?

Its ideal to wait and then get the implants because just getting rid of the recession can be good enough but yeah you can get both at the same time

No, Pagnoni will not do a jaw implant at the same time as BSSO. He can do the other implants though.

yes i think you could access your plan better once your osteonomies have fully healed and design a more convinient plan for your jaw angle /wraparound implants.

i will go bimax first .

i wanted to get discount with each implants from Pagnoni but i will need to go for jaw implants at a 2nd plan.

It‘s possible, but i view it like this:
You changed your jaw with BSSO and can‘t really be sure how the implant would look afterwards. So you wait, let it heal, see if you‘re happy or not, and then decide if you wanna have the implant or not.
