What can one do for longer medial canthus?

Nothing sadly. It’s entirely genetic since It’s mostly related to tendons and the lacrimal bone. I believe that when there will be a good surgery for medial canthus everyone will be able to get good eyes tbh.

Beside nct my right eye has scarring from corrosive acid, as well as ptosis due to nerve damage (ill be getting surgery for that soon hopefully), and I have poor underye support, I aim to get lower eyelid retraction surgery alongside cantho

Went through some old autistic side profile pics and id say when I was around 23-24. No hgh, feel like it's too late for me
