pump+overhead lighting makes this phsyique look much more impressive than it is

only thing difficult to attain about this physique for a normal dude is that arm size, guy has pretty big arms for his weight/frame

delts and traps dont even look that poppin

In Laid's latest vid he is 180lbs. 81kg at 6'2 is not impressive at all...even if he is lean asf. Pretty sure at his peak he was walking around at 195 - 200lbs (88 - 90kg), completely achievable natty. It's just he has top 1% insertions + frame. I also don't think Laid is natural. From his transformation video it's clear to see that despite his good frame he has bad muscle-building genetics.

I'm a trainer. In 3 years, no. But you could get to about 80% of that if you went full throttle for all three years.

Yeah, insertions and frame do matter. But if you have an average frame like me you can still do well if you stack on muscle. I get quite a bit of compliments for my physique. Just go hard and see what you can do.

brutal, but if you're in hs/ college then it happens even to chads, these bitches be texting all the time to me and people I know messages like "plz fuck me I told my bf to choke me druing sex, but he said he doesn't wanna hurt me" and Im 100% serious (2nd high school, turning 17 in 2 weeks and girls are usually younger jfl at state of this world in 2020)

Yeah, I believe it. Many girls at my uni racked up +10 body count in the first month, I asked them (was friends w them). This girl isn't very promiscuous, but she clearly may be waiting for chad. Idk if she was being honest or she just wants to sleep around, I give it 50/50. But it sucks cutting her out, I really liked her as a friend.

I already do. I'm just about 6' in boots and lifts. It's barely enough to not get mogged by 50% of guys, but it isn't good enough to be Chadlite. I need 4 more inches. Sucks too cause my parents are taller (6' dad, 5' 7" mom).

yeah its working but i definitely doubt its not underdosed, so far im noticing far better sleep and skin but i didnt get carpal tunnel syndrom and while i do expirience joint pain its not very frequent
