I did start puberty pretty late at late 13 I know I have wider eyes I feel like I just have a really wide middle facial third 4.5 is sub 5 which I did kinda expect

Yeah, it sucks because you can't even get surgery for your eye area because all the surgeries were developed to make the area more narrow and longer, your eye area is TOO long and we don't have a surgery for that. There is hope that your neoteny will go away with age and your face will become more masculine which could take you up to a 5-5.5.
