Nah man don't be a doomer your face is bad but not unsavable with surgery i reccomend ccw bimax with rhino and possibly infra / fatgrat there

Your best bet is to try and gymcel and hope for the best bro

Your face will never be the best feature, focus on what you can change, and maybe in the future look into surgery
