Can you go to a US college party even if you don’t go to that school?

So I live in Canada and my uni has been closed since 2020 (for in person class) and I’m taking the year off. I also don’t live in a dorm I just live at home since my school is close to my house. I’m 20 years old and by age 23-24 I want to live somewhere in the US like Los Angeles.

I’m 6’1”, good body, pretty boy pheno (a lot of ppl told me I look like a tiktoker). My question is, assuming I can pass as looking college aged (I def would) as long as I knew someone can I just go to a college party on campus?

My school is shit and I never got the college experience (especially since it’s been lockdown for 1.5 years)
