i mean 400-500 deficit and 1-1.1g protein per lb of bodyweight + at least 130g carbs
 
dont worry about it being all big and fat it just needs to be striated and wide
i do 25lb 4x30(35 last set) neck curls and 25lb 4x25 left 3x25 right but for it to be lean and wide it has to become bigger in circumference tho
