I'm 178cm (5'10) and 75kg (165 pounds) at 15 and 4 months I estimate my body fat to be 23% I want to lower my body fat to 15-18% so I can look better and feel better about my self I heard that a calorie deficit stunts height growth is that true an if not how much of a deficit should I go for ?

if you switch to a more primal diet you will loose weight and gain lots of nutrients aswell, never starve when you're still growing

Not where I live I live in a third world country where meat is expensive compared to grains and vegetables so we eat a type of meat like once a day if you are lucky but not in big portions but I think I can eat more eggs and drink more milk
