A balanced life consists of the following:
  1. A job or stable source of income
  2. Attending university
  3. An active social life - going out every weekend, talking to people on a daily basis, being active on social media and group chats
  4. Dating, maintaining a relationship, or getting laid consistently
  5. Going to the gym or getting exercise on a regular basis
  6. Involvement in extracurriculars (sports, other hobbies)
  7. Getting adequate sleep
  8. Healthy eating habits
  9. Proper self-care and hygiene
  10. Time to relax or spend with family
I've never been able to manage even half of those at once. My maximum capacity is probably 4/10. I simply don't have the energy or time for more than that. Always felt like I was playing life on nightmare mode, while other people were doing all of it effortlessly since high school. I needed naps literally everyday to survive.

Tbh maintaining a schedule going to work and having somewhat of a good diet exercise and maintaining friendships every couple months is enough on top of a relationship.

very relatable.

Wasn't like that for me when I was a kid. Everything seemed easy and simple because I got enjoyment from the normie life.

Now with my clinical depression, having a normal life is exhausting.
Rotting in my room is the only thing which doesn't suck away my energy (but also doesnt give me much either)

I do all of those while trying to build a YT channel on the side after work, shit is extremely exhausting

But as a poster above said, the average normie is a failure and doesn't do half those things

The average schmuck comes home from his garbage job, skips the gym and orders takeout to watch netflix while checking his dating apps in front of the tv

A normal life? Normal because that's what wageslaves have in their mind as a good life when in reality doing things just for the sake of doing them is for slaves. I don't necessarily disagree because doing all this is better than the shit lifestyle most people lead but this is not the natural human lifestyle.

Yet you still manage to do it which is why you're ahead mr chad, you think that's exhausting? It's 10x worse for autists who can't focus

Yeah but it's brutal, knowing the average normie gives up at the first sign of resistance is motivation fuel for me

Now add in me having to find time for autistic shit like training neck everyday and posture exercises, 1 hour cardio alongside 1 hour gymcelling daily. Then having to factor in your drinking calories on weekends so you can socialise and stay lean at the same time with garbage genetics. Makes me wanna sui

The 1800 calories is also why you feel like shit I'm guessing, I mean you're basically going all in on YouTube so if it doesn't work then you're kinda fucked since you have a shit wagie job. Your routine makes me depressed just reading it, dunno how you manage that.

They slack off too, especially with age. It's almost impossible not to, unless you're rich and unemployed

I tend to slack of taking care of myself since I'm sub5 anyways. I'm also way to ND to socialise like I'm already socially drained after playing videogames with someone I know for an hour.

I do love myself but it's just that I kinda forget to shave and stuff like that. I do brush my teeth, shower and wear deodorant I'm not so dirty but for the further rest I don't do much to my appearance since it's mostly cope.
