Can you guys grind and focus on women at the same time?

I cant seem to do both. Whenever I am focused on getting some booty, I work out less, I focus on my diet less, I study less, I am less motivated to work. But whenever I am on the grindset and do my shit, I seem to lose any capacity to entertain women and they feel ignored or bored and eventually stop texting me and I feel like I am losing a lot of opportunities because I am less creative/sex Driven. Anyone else feel this way?
