idk i just use hammer, i mostly target zygos and ramus because i lack in them and dont worry about people saying it doesn't work, bonesmashing is working on me so you should try it, do it in front of a mirror precisely

im targetting mostly zygos, 200-300 hits each side, 200-300 hits each side ramus and other parts like chin for about 100-200. I also bonesmash every two days so your bones have time to recover, i do it with a hammer, around 6pm. I start to see a little progress tho, people call it swelling but the bone is definitely thicker

also dont smash brow ridge because it doesnt work good on browridge, as i said, ramus, zygos and chin are the bones you should smash, target the bone you lack the most

IPD, weak jaw area, best fix is neck curls. Puberty will save you so make sure to eat good
