Ok following problem.

I have pain in the torso front and back for a week now. I went to doctor he gave me ibuprufen and diclofenac. They dont work though, as the pain is too big. The pain is very hard to endure. What should i do now? I thought hoing to a hospital and try to get some stronger painkillers like opiates. What should i do?

I have the same pain. It is your esophagus. Here are a couple of things you can try:
1. Do not eat at night or late in the evening. Stop eating 4 hours before you go to bed.
2. Try to avoid coke and any kind of drink containing carbonic acid.
3. Avoid food containing too much sugar and fast food. Don't drink sweet juice.
4. After each meal drink water without carbonic acid to clean your esophagus from any food.
