I have a very similar pfl to David laid. If I have an above average pfl + no uee I think I’d be lhtn.

if ur icd's long (which im assuming it is) you can do a medial epicanthoplasty and if not u can also do a lateral canthoplasty (mark as solution)

then u should do lateral canthoplasty but dont overdo it or it can look unnatural. if ur esr's relatively wide (or even like .46+) u can get away with a smaller icd maybe up to .85 max

or obo if youre REALLY willing to do whateer it takes and after the obo doing the medial epicanthoplasty (obviously dont od it if it's not like a MASSIVE flaw)
