Depends on if you have falios or not, (Cant really make halos but you can fix falios.) Realistically probably 1-2psl at the most and the higher psl you are the harder it would be to make noticeable improvements.

8 psl is the highest and unobtainable for everyone. In theory sure but this is just stupid.
