Yes. You can have a short face yet the skull itself can be long, of course.

My midface is literally worse than barett 1:1.16 but my facial height to width ratio is 1.35 which is ideal

Is that considered sfs

My longest third is also my lower third too

SFS is different than just a short face, it's a craniofacial/orthodontics condition. You can have a very short face without having the condition necessarily. Same with the opposite, it might appear long.

Any symptoms like a deep bite, short chin, small philthrum?

Slightly short philtrum not too sure tho

My chin to philtrum is ideal and my lowest third is my longest part of my face
