All I did was give you jaw implants. I fixed your canthal tilt and probably gave you some maxillary implants as well. Of course, yes, you are right that I did change your bones, and they gave you hair. I also sent you to the gym, but that is what it would take to really look max. Really, I think a lot of what you need to do is get hair in the gym. That would do you well. That would take you to a new league. By getting implants, it would take it to the next league.
