Can you help me decide wether to get a MSE or MARPE?

So my pallet is narrow and I'm basically 14 now and I was wanting to get a MSE or MARPE cuz I'm recessed and this can help me ascend a bit till I'm old enough to get actual cosmetic surgeries. Can you help me decide which one to get and on one of my posts you can see my face so my nose kinda tilts towards the right side cuz I sleep on that side mostly but how long should I sleep on the left side till its symmetrical again.
