I've heard of some thing called ice hooding, squinting etc, does any of these things work to get your eyes to look more like hunter eyes?

Improve your maxilla and your under eye will automatically improve which is most important, then max out eyelashes and brows and lastly consult with one of the 3 good eye surgeons if still needed.
