Depends on which ratios but yes it's possible for some
Midface ratio for instance can be fixed if its caused by long philtrum through lip lift
ES Ratio through zygomatic shaving if its caused by wide flared cheekbones
FWHR through MSE/cheek implants
Genioplasty for more chin height to improve facial height/chin to philtrum ratio
etc
