Can you inject fat or filler if there is no supraorbital bone behind it?

More of an anatomical question. If there is no bone behind that area, can you still put filler or fat there?

how can you literally not have a bone there
your skull would be incomplete. The brow ridge, as we call it, is just a projection of the frontal bone itself in men due to having larger frontal sinuses
it's not a bone per se

Many asians have supras literally behind their eyes, noticeable even from the frontal view, yet their fat gives them hooding. The difference is, you can see the eyeball directly under, moving.

Perfect example is this dude

the irony jfl
yes. i notice this in almost all blacks and asians. i thought orbital decompression would fix this but then i thought about it. no it wouldn't.
the eye would be set backwards but they will just look like Cillian Murphy

and result in this line.
there is just no bone to cover the eyes to give hooding.

I assume you're referring to the projection of a prominent brow ridge, as opposed to the complete absence of the supraorbital bone. (This would be quite a severe craniofacial deformity, it would require more than just dermal filler or fat grafting).

Filler can be placed onto the upper orbital rim, along the eyebrow, to give more projection to the area - creating the appearance of deep-set eyes. It will also help with the position of the eyebrow.

In reference to the picture you've supplied, dermal filler or fat can be injected into the superior sulcus of the eyelid - irregardless of the projection of the supraorbital bone. This will help restore volume in any upper orbital hollows, and conceal any over-exposure of the eyelid.

A forehead, or partial forehead, implant can be considered if more projection is needed in the upper-third of the face. It just depends on what your aesthetic goal is, and what suits your face. For me, personally, I don't suit the low-set or hooded eyebrow look. It doesn't work well with the proportions of my face. Try not to be a slave to the trends man, and try to work with what works best with your face.
