North african, and yeah it's in my genes to gain muscles really fast, I literally just gymcelled a week and I noticed a huge change so I'm sure in the long term it would be better. I just need details on upper body workouts to fit and be more attractive in clothes etcif you are white, you're going to need to roid to be muscular. black men can be muscular naturally because of their lean mean BBC genes.
you only need very basic lifts as a beginner. details are for intermediate and advanced gymmaxers.North african, and yeah it's in my genes to gain muscles really fast, I literally just gymcelled a week and I noticed a huge change so I'm sure in the long term it would be better. Thanks, is there any videos I can benefit from if you got the time or could link them upyou only need very basic lifts as a beginner. details are for intermediate and advanced gymmaxers.
you can go on youtube and type "how to x" with x being whatever lift you want to learn about for technique. everyone from Mike Israetel to Layne Norton to Gymbro #626 will have a video just for you. Thanks, is there any videos I can benefit from if you got the time or could link them up
If possible do that please, thanks for the contributionI might do a thread about gymcelling later, that comprises everything I learnt in the last 2 years. Starting from the basics, then going into the details. I really dont know why nothing like that exists yet on the internet. Part of the reason is that even pro bodybuilders have very different opinions on what builds muscle most effectively and what not. Depending on your recovery and if you're natty or not different things apply, so it is not such an easy topic, as some things work for one person, but might not work for another one. Still there are many basics that should be followed by everyone.
