Maybe, it has to be lipophilic while not being too lipophilic, so youd have to take a look at how oily your moistueriser is and if its oily enough/not to oily for clas, i cbf to do that chem, but i would assume you couldnt just add it to any moistueriser as they differ a lot

I looked into it you can do mg/mL glycol or ethanol. Maybe like 30 mL of glycol for 1 gram of powder then add that to 70 mL of moisturizer.

Easiest to just buy a premade liquid solution as both the liquid and powder go for around the same price then add a few drops into moisturizer. Issue is lots of solutions have ethanol so maybe DIYing is best to avoid drying out your skin but I’m not sure

Never ended up getting it as it wasn’t necessary
