Can you make your zygos higher with this?

Basically in the High L osteotomy (zygoma reduction surgery) after reducing both anterior and posterior projection they place the bone in the same position vertically

Is it possible that after reducing the volume of the bone the surgeon will place it higher?

Never heard of such procedure. It would have to be custom designed probably. A more traditional approach would be cheekbone shaving followed by implants.

Yes it’s possible to make zygo area higher set through Osteotomy but it’s none of the diagrams you posted but a modified/custom technique

Yes but my problem is my zygos are already huge, with just implant they would take like 60% of my face
