Can you mix/use softmaxxing oils/creams together?

Or do you have to use/apply individually

Honestly, 99% of what I read on this site is eventually labeled cope

Some people claim they got results, even if a small amount

Rice water is new to me, looks interesting I'll give it a go. (as history shows, inevitably will end up on the cope list as well )
