Can you only guage SMV when hoes are drunk in a club?

If so I can cope knowing I never get IOIs / approached because I've not been in the right environment.

But some of you seem to think being drunk make hoes blind. While some other say it makes them chase their primal desires.

it makes them borderline blind, my friend got approached in a club and he is a 5’4 baby faced retard who could be mistaken for a 12 year old, even i got approached a few times without trying at all
