Idk you should get an xray done bare minimum, because your nose seems quite fucked up as well. I don't know if you could get away with a simple genio + rhino or if you need a whole bimax.

u have a posterior open bite go to an orthodontist if u have the same nose as your mom or dad its genetic and mew and chew and after ur 18 u can decide to get a chin augmentation but rhinoplasty might ruin ur harmony if done wrong

my advice is only get surgery for major flaws anything else can risk not having harmony and heightmaxx and testostorone max naturally if your young be in a surplus too if your growing and exercise and sunlight people who do it unnaturally say it wasnt worth it so dont take drugs

Not really. When I say rhino I actually think you need augmentation rhino, not to remove the hump but actually to bring out the nose tip to straighten the whole line that way.

That will get rid of the perceived bimax protrusion some guys wrote about.

Then just genioplasty for proportionate chin and you’re easy HTN.

Maybe focus on height and frame maxxing and accumulate money, they’re not expensive surgeries, you can probably get both for 10-15k.
