I'm 17 y.o. 184cm 111kg (almost 6'1 and 245 lbs). Would like to have some advice to ascend. Never tried to ascend but want to start.

You being 6,0 is really good. Honeslty just get super fucking lean and grow your hair out.

like 10-12% body fat? should i doing like chin tucks, neck curles and try to improve my maxilla? I'm a bit scared because 17 y.o. is a bit late for bone improvements and type shi😔

Also spam chin tucks and bone exercises before its too late cuz u might get a little effect, don't stress though

Facial exercises and shit dont work. And yes 10-12% or even something like 13-14% as a start would be ideal.

Wheb i say get lean i mean go to the gym 3-4 times a week and do 6 sessions of cardio a week while eating not as much calories but enough for you to reach 6,1 like you said

yeah thx i get it. i was talking specifically about bone and muscles exercise. I think I'll try to get muscles and lose fat as soon as possible thanks

Yeah your not htn your ltn But you could 100% get to mtn and if you try hard then maybe htn
 
sub 5 u can reach hltn softmaxxing alone

Low ltn and if ur a Muslim pray god helps u bro
