Can you possibly do chin fillers until you die?

Considering fillers near the bone tend not to migrate,
Thinking of dissolving everytime i need to re-do the filler, just in case but i’ve heard it messes up your skin.

If you inject a high G’ filler on the bone, it’s unlikely it migrates unless you move like crazy during the first 24 hours
