2250 calories.
1450 BMR.

50% fat, 30% protein, 20% carbs
180 grams of protein, mostly or entirely animal protein.

One meal a day.

Ligandrol, IGF-1 LR3.
Workout until failure, thrice a week. All other break days are cardio.

Goals: Rapid muscle gains and lowering body fat.
Also, not South Asian.
