Well for one, the rating was retarded as it’s inaccurate ash, htn- hmtn is still a good bit above average, being lmtn is around avg, whereas this guy looks a bit average to maybe a very slight bit above (predominantly due to his terrible skin), so the rating was a bit shit, tho I do agree that he did take it a tad bit seriously, even if it was mostly wrong
