oh okey, i saw lots of people telling that braces are making u recesed, but i thnik they can be very helpful in my case

Tbh braces helped me a lot. It varies person to person but i think its a risk worth taking

do allat and you'll be hmtn minimum tbh
if we're talking more extreme you could pin test for more bonemass
and im not sure how tall you are but there is always the hgh / erda route
