I would start by making your jaw line bigger start chewing mastic gum when you chew your gum make sure to even it out on both sides to not cause facial assymetry and you should probably grow your hair out to cover your ears and try to achieve a wavy hair style with probably a mod cut chapstick too I don’t know much but I would say lltn
