Failos: eyes have a negative canthal tilt; the outer edges of the eyes should be higher than the side near nose (like a cat's eye) or at very least neutral.
Eyebrows are also negative canthal tilt; should be neutral or positive (but good that eyebrows are low set).
Midface is slightly long. Should be shorter so that the face appears wider than taller.
Facial thirds; the face should be equally divided into thirds. The lower third of his face is shorter than the top 2/3 of his face.
However, these failos aren't that bad. Still a good looking guy.
