If he's 5ft subhuman he will need double LL just to go 5'7/5'8 - which is in the bounds of normalcy for most things but still too short for fucking nowadays. Maybe an LTB or landwhale becomes within his grasp.

Has anyone here actually gotten LL? I feel like LL is very uncommon

There was a guy that did an AMA, so yes. It's the cosmetic surgery that ascends men the most, at least on average.

But it's expensive and brutal.

im getting LL when im older, might be a trucel cuz of mental illness but youll have a better life when youre several inches above 5'8

LL will make you look like a clown with a t rex arms

why paley claim stretching before surgery not helpful? i mean if someone can do full front/lateral splits, isn't he already flexible enough to get a few inch?

No clue, I'm not a surgeon.

What are you talking about? Ive seen him say that it is helpful. They do muscle tests to see if certain muscles can stretch enough before they do the LL.

in his videos, he claims otherwise. he says stretching before is only good for adapting the PT sessions after surgery.

Usually the max a doctor will allow you to get is 8cm for femur or tibia, 16cm in total if you do both, technically you can just keep extending the bone but pass 8cm the more cm you get the more likely you are going to end up disabled

16cm is if you do 3 LLs. No surgeon will let you max out the tibia nail.
Long legs = kind of dimorphic. Men have longer legs than women on average for their body height.

Paley does 4+4, then next year does it again without changing rods.

how come it's 3 bro.
I've read somewhere he does cross lengthening and then rebreaks and lengthens the femur alone. You know too much about LL at 6' btw.

check his website, there are 5 option. one of them (option 5) is 4+4 x 2, without chancing nails.

also yeah, i'm fucked up.
