I had this for about 3-4 years i dont think is hormonal acne and also my other collages don't got it. And idk about gut health

Gut health is essentially eating the right foods. I eat raw animal products but it might be off putting to some people, so cooked animal products (in beef tallow or butter, dont use oil) is also good.

And then other things such as sunlight are also important.

Dont eat vegetables and processed foods.

There are other things like limiting or eliminating carbs.
