Can you reduce bitemporal width at all?

My eyes are normal ipd look small and close set due to a wide bitemporal width, not super wide but definitely throw off my facial portions.

I have my hair down like curtains as a result or else I look Charlie Kirk (not really).

not really, you can shave off some bone there but its extremely limited, only a few mm in total
