This is a very dumb question, I was unironically thinking about posting it in offtopic.

But yeah, can you literally extract it from the face? Because most of the people that undergo buccal fat removal actually have huge buccinators, what would happen if you got rid of it?
 
You can remove the fat pad but it ages you massively.

Real looksmaxxers cut out sodium, do cardio, low carb, lower bf % and stop swallowing with their cheeks. Chewing can also help if you have non existent masseter muscles. If you still don't have hollow cheeks, then your bone structure is just shit

Yeah but can you remove a buccinator? I am not thinking about buccal removal either, I am just interested
