I know, i did 9 days waterfast beforre. i just wanted to see how many ppl are cutting now with more than 1k cal deficit

pretty lower then average but i was still training and was doing 10000 plus steps a day like 4 months ago i was eating more but was doing 20000-40000 steps a day
