Can you still be skinny and have a lot of bodyfat that if you lose your face will get skinnier or more chiseled?

I think my face looks bloated because of my over developed masseters I’m thinking if I should get masseter Botox . It also makes me look like Minecraft Steve I have a small chin I plan on getting chin filler.

i have similar problem but my massaters are basically non existent im low bf 144 lbs at 5’7.5 height with decent high amount face fat
