i am like 3 months into newbiegains and i am like 14-15% bf but i just want to get to 12% because i am really curious how my face would change (leanmaxxing number 1 looksmax) so i think i need to diet for like ~2 months to get there
 
sure you can get some gains but they will be very small compare to eating maintence or slight bulk in the beggining , i bulked up and became a bloated cunt my first 6 months of lifting felt like shit but it payed off since i put on a good amount of muscle and now im leaning down. Imo its best to just get good gains first months with slight surplus but dont overdo it

those same people probably went up by 10% fat and are estrogen factories now

you just need enough protein

You need to be in a positive nitrogen balance to build muscle:

Eat 2.2g of protein per kg of body weight
Don't overtrain (more than an hour training per day)
Get enough sleep (7-8 and during nighttime, 12-8 is ideal)

i eat 2.2x the amount so lifefuel , the question is would you maintain and get muscles faster and lose fat slower or cut to lose fat faster and gain muscle slower

it is over tbh if i get fat again :lul: so i think i just going to maintain / slight cut

yea you are alright, remember 1kg muscle = 100 calroeis to your metabolism
this is very insane once u get a few kgs

During a cut your body burns fat as well as muscle. The best method to build muscle and burn fat is recomp and cycle calories, as during a fast you burn majority fat and little to no muscle. Bulk cut cycles are retarded, you spend half the time as a fat fuck and the rest looking lean. With body recomposition you look good all the time, but it takes more time to get there.

That's just my opinion though, if you're clearly overweight cutting at a 200kcal deficit would be better for faster results.

dont do what i did: insane retard tier bulking. do a lean bulk and eat QUALITY ANIMAL PROTEIN (the whey protien works as well). dont eat ''plant protein'' those are fake as fuck.

Ass a skinnyboi you can probably get a recomp effect at 100-200 kcal surplus easily especially if you eat enough protein.

My friend went on a cut turned to a skelly and did dumbbells only exercises in maintanence and he looks like this after 8 months

If i were you I’d cut to where you want to be first even though you’ll be skinny af. At that point eat at maintenance or leanbulk up.

You will gain slower, but yes. I have never bulked and gained all my size while perma-cutting. You won't be steroid size without doing intense dieting methods like that obviously but you can look like a model shirtless. Ottermode is ideal to me, all depends on your goals.
