I do have a narrow pallet, along with a lot of people in my moms side of my family. Suction mewing has no benefit alone other than temporarily raising your hyoid wich gives the illusion of a less sunken in jaw and that is the only reason i do it

Thanks, only response that was made with rational thinking. But suction mewing alone has no to little effects but the only reason i do it is to temporarily raise my hyoid so i look less disgusting in public.
