Can you straighten your spine as an adult (26 almost) with mild scoliosis?

My doctor said I should simply do regular resistance training and stretching to prevent any progression.
He didn’t mention any specifics.
But is it possible to achieve a slight improvement in spinal curvature even as a fully developed adult with consistent physical work?

I also wonder whether it could have some connection or compensatory effect related to my malocclusion.

I’m talking about a curvature of that degree:
