Sounds like a fucking phenomenal combo, I wouldn’t include the caffeine for my first time though. Just do the sudafed and oxy and see how you react, if you’re too sedated, then throw in the caffeine or something stronger that will agonize/inhibit the reputable of norepinephrine

But i have diagnosed adhd so stimulants are addictive by default for me because i lack natural adrenaline activity so im always seeking out stuff that boost in and i depend on them. This isn't just stimulants but horror movies for example or games, i barely watch other cinema genres because of this.
Although NEP (very similar drug action like coke) was actually most addictive stimulant for me, the part when it hits you and you start having that "blood rush" in your chest, stomach and head is so good, i started craving it instantly but when it ran out i quickly forgot about it and lost cravings ngl
