Can you take these supplements together?

Can you take supplements such as calcium & magnesium or zinc & copper together or would it absorb poorly. Or is it not a big deal

it's fine as long as you take them with a bunch of fat, but I would only supplement magnesium (ALOT of magnesium) out of those four the three others can be problematic especially copper...

liver and oysters will give you more than enough zinc and copper, milk will give you more than enough calcium

you will also get all the cofactors and the nutrients will be absorbed way better than if you took synthetic supplements

real food mogs

better have a good diet with cronometer
 
I don't really drink milk, so I'll need to supplement calcium. and it comes with magnesium.
