With huge windmachines on trucks and then on the ocean with windmachines on ships, dragging the sand to other countries?
We once had a sandstorm from Africa or ME in Europe, the whole weather was yellow.
Which happened likely naturally, but with a lot of huge windmachines... maybe the whole Sahara can be brought here?
Tornados and Tsunamis can also be made with machines, it's part of weather manipulation which the government is able to do with stuff like HAARP.
