Can you train with heavy weights after limb lengthening surgery?

I am a powerlifter and a manlet and i am interested in LL surgery. Could you do heavy squats and deadlifts after LL?

yeah it grows back completely but it'll probably fuck your lifts if your doing it competitively

Those lifts in particular will probably be the most affected by LL surgery. I've heard people say that squatting below parallel will be very difficult if not impossible to do after LL.

squats will be a lot harder if u lengthen ur femur just do the tibia

after it heals completely sure
No it will not
yeah it grows back completely but it'll probably fuck your lifts if your doing it competitively
are chronic injuries common after ll surgery like nerve and joint pain
