Can you transform this smile with just veneers ?

Could you transform smaller, shorter teeth into a huge Hollywood smile with taller incisors with JUST veneers / composite bonding? Or would jaw surgery be needed to accommodate the bite with the new size of the teeth

Am I just overthinking it and the size difference of the teeth isn’t that much and realistically veneers would suffice ?
Maybe slight palate expansion to accommodate the bigger teeth ?
