Can you unrecede a chin during puberty (15yo)

My chin isn’t badly receded just lacking projection and I’m wondering is there any way to reverse any recession which may of been caused through earlier childhood

Your chin is not recessed, just unideally projected, small nitpick but still.

That aside, if you have proper oral habits, a good diet, breathing patterns and so on, there is probably nothing you can do about this, this is either your genetic ceiling or your child self fucked up years down the line to the point where it is basically irreversible because you're already approaching 16-18.

No, a recessed chin is caused by a recessed mandible as well as soft tissue stuff, genes, or bone structure/dental alignment but for your sake lets hope that its caused by a recessed mandible so you do not have to deal with any invasive surgeries. The only way to fix this though is via some orthodontic or maybe even surgical procedure(depending on whats causing the recessed chin).

I do not think that's a recession, in the clinical sense at least. He could be more projected, but that's not necessarily a recession, or at least no professional would refer to it as such, maybe in looksmaxxing lingo it's fine to call it that though
